We could spend time at Granite Belt cellar doors, visit local producers, enjoy lunch or take in the scenery. Five hours gives us time to explore one part of the region. Seven hours allows more room for lunch and a wider route. I’ll help you work out what suits your visit. Private Days will be available primarily on weekends, subject to availability.

REGISTER INTEREST

There is a 15-minute courtesy buffer for ordinary delays. Extra time may be available by agreement at $45 for each commenced 30 minutes. I’ll check availability and agree the extension and charge with you before it begins. You will not be charged extra time caused by a delay on my part.

  • The price covers private use of the vehicle for up to four guests, with me as your driver and host. Pickup and return within 25 km driving distance of Stanthorpe Post Office, light route planning, a written pre-day summary, bottled water and ordinary waiting at agreed venues are also included.

  • No. Tastings, meals, drinks, entry fees and anything you purchase are paid directly to the venues. This gives you the freedom to choose what suits you on the day.

  • Yes. Bring your own itinerary, ask me to suggest a few suitable stops, or combine both. I’ll check the route and timing so the day is realistic without trying to fit in too much.

  • Pickup and return within 25 km driving distance of Stanthorpe Post Office are included. Other Queensland pickups are quoted individually. NSW and cross-border services are deferred pending the necessary approvals.

  • The Ford Everest is a high-set SUV, so it may not suit every mobility need. Tell me what would make the day more comfortable and I’ll be clear about access, luggage space and whether the vehicle is a practical fit for your group.

  • Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking. To proceed, accept your tailored quote and the supplied terms in writing. Your booking is confirmed only once I have checked availability, received the 20% booking payment and sent written confirmation. The balance is due seven days before your Private Day. For bookings made within seven days, full payment is required before written confirmation. If I offer a provisional hold, I’ll state its exact expiry in writing; the usual hold is 48 hours and is not a confirmed booking.

  • Let me know as soon as you can. I can usually adjust the order or timing within your booked five or seven hours, subject to venue availability. Any date-change or cancellation terms will be provided clearly before you make a payment.
